CENTERLESS GRINDING
Centerless grinding is an OD grinding process. It differs from other cylindrical processes in that the work-piece is not mechanically constrained. Centerless grinding is used to achieve roundness,surface finish and dimensional tolerances
that are among the best available in metalworking.

THREAD ROLLING & KNURLING
Thread rolling is designed to produce male and female threads of various sizes from metal blanks or extruded blanks. Knurling can also be applied with ease using our thread rolling process.
We offer a variety of different thread sizes from standard to metrics, as well as straight and diamond knurls.
OTT-80 to 9/16 .
J - Form, and M - Form threads ( MIL-S-8879 AND MIL-S-7742 )
Left handed, and Right handed threads.
We are set up for both Thru-feed and In-feed grinding.
